About the Position

We are looking to hire Part Time and Full Time Customer Service Agents to answer inbound phone calls and emails regarding various products distributed by our partners. You will be required to handle customer concerns and resolve disputes. Agents will be expected to handle calls and emails in a timely fashion while maintaining customer service standards. We are a small team and will be looking for a likeminded positive individual to join our growing team

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, customer support or working in a call center.
  • Good understanding and command of English a must
  • Must have basic computer skills/typing ability
  • Experience with Freshdesks an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems and applications
  • Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to work independently
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized and using your time efficiently
  • The ability to actively listen and communicate with our customers and our teams across the globe
  • Be able to multi-task and provide explanations in simple terms

Web/Graphic Designer

About the Position

We are looking for a experienced designer with the knowledge and skillset to provide high quality web pages, landing pages, display ads, and other media to be used in various marketing campaign.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other visual design tools
  • Expertise in Wordpress, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS.
  • Working experience with Foundation or Bootstrap Framework
  • Recognizable training or background in graphic design/user interface design or a related area
  • Experience in Shopping carts such as Shopify
  • Able to provide cohesive designs and an understanding of sales funnels and marketing concepts.
  • Be able to multi-task and work independently to reach a deadline

Job Details

This is a part time position. Based on opportunity, interest and performance there could be an option for the position to become full time.
